Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you sign in: your name and email from Google, and the phone number you give us.
• When you book a call or write to us: what you write, and the time you choose.
• When you pay: the invoice, the amount and Razorpay's payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay's window and never reach us.
• When you visit: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• On your device: the site keeps a few small things in your browser (where you left the page, the volume, your sign-in). None of it tracks you.

Why we use it

To reply to you, hold calls, make the work, send invoices and receipts, and keep the payment records the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

Supabase (our database and sign-in), Google (sign-in), Cal.com (calls), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (analytics). Each handles only what it needs, under its own privacy policy. Some of them store data outside India.

How long we keep it

• Your account and contact details: while you work with us, and up to two years after our last project.
• Messages and call bookings: up to two years.
• Invoices and payment records: eight years, as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@valourestudios.com. We reply within 30 days. Records the law makes us keep stay until that period ends. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Only the studio can see your details. Data travels encrypted, and payments are handled by Razorpay, which is certified to the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS).

Children

The site is not meant for anyone under 18. A parent or guardian should book, write or pay for them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed.
